Terms of use

Last updated: October 24, 2026

These terms cover your use of the OnAirGFX software ("the Software"), provided by Brant Collins ("we"). By installing or using the Software you agree to them.

License

When you buy, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on up to two of your computers, for your own streams and productions and for clients' productions. You may not resell, share your license key, redistribute the Software, or try to remove or bypass its licensing.

Free trial

The Software includes a 14-day free trial. After that, putting graphics on air requires a license key.

Your content

You own the graphics, videos, fonts and other content you create or import. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you use, such as fonts, music and video.

Updates

Your license includes updates to the current major version (version 1). Later major versions may be sold separately.

No warranty

The Software is provided "as is". We work to make it reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free or work with every setup. Test before important live events.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license, and we are not liable for lost revenue, lost audience or other indirect losses.

Trademarks

OnAirGFX is not affiliated with or endorsed by Ecamm, the OBS Project, Elgato, YouTube or any other third party. Their names belong to their owners.
