What you get

Everything between "we are on in ten" and "we are clear"

One window to plan the show, print it and run it.

Rundown builder

Blocks and segments with a running Elapsed time and a clock time for every row. Drag a row to reorder, even between blocks.

Hit your time

Set the target runtime and see at a glance, at the top and bottom of the page, whether you are over or under in green or red.

Ad and sponsor breaks

Set the break time, add each spot with its own length, and see the variance before you go to air.

Go Live mode

A full-screen countdown for each segment. It turns red when you run over, shows how far over or under the whole show is, and what is up next.

Labels that fit your show

Rename the Cam column to Scene or Source, edit the options and their colors, or start from a preset for cameras, stream scenes or audio sources.

Starter templates

Start a TV newscast, a live stream or a podcast episode with a sensible rundown, labels and crew list already in place.

Print for each person

Print the full show, just the rundown for the booth, or just the crew sheet. Colors and logo carry over to paper.

Crew roster

List every role and who is filling it. Add or rename roles to match your team, whether that is two people or twenty.

Yours, on your computer

Shows save as files wherever you choose. No account, no cloud, and it works offline. Add your logo and brand color, in light or dark mode.

Setup

From blank page to on air in three steps

Step 1

Pick a template

Start from a TV newscast, live stream, podcast or blank rundown. Rename the labels and crew roles to match your show.

Step 2

Build and time it

Add segments and breaks, drag them into order, and watch the runtime against your target. Save the show as a file.

Step 3

Print or Go Live

Print sheets for the crew, or press Go Live and run the show from the countdown. Space starts and pauses, the arrow keys move on.

Go Live mode

Know where you are in the show, every second

One big timer for the segment you are in, a bar that fills as it runs, and a plain read on whether the whole show is ahead or behind. Click any row in the list to jump to it.

Who it is for

One tool, three kinds of show

Live streamers

Plan scenes, sponsor reads and Q&A, and know when to switch. Label each segment with the scene that goes with it.

Podcast producers

Map the cold open, interview and ad breaks to the minute, with a crew sheet for the host, guest and engineer.

Newscasts and classrooms

Stories, weather and commercial breaks with cameras assigned. It started as the rundown for a student newscast.

Questions

Before you download

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once. Paid updates for a future major version, if there is one, would be a separate decision.

Do I need to be online?

No account and no cloud. Your shows are files on your computer, and the app works offline. It needs the internet briefly to activate your license, then checks in quietly now and then. It keeps working offline for up to 30 days between checks.

What happens when the 14 days end?

The app locks until you enter a license key. Nothing is deleted, and the lock screen has a button to save the show you have open. Enter your key and everything is back.

Can I use it for a podcast or live stream, not just TV?

Yes. The Cam column can be renamed to Scene, Source or anything else, with your own options and colors. There are starter templates for a live stream and a podcast.

Where are my shows saved?

Click Save Show and choose where the file goes. Open Show loads any saved show again, so you can keep one file per episode.

Windows says "protected your PC". Is that normal?

For new apps without a long download history, yes. Choose More info, then Run anyway. Code signing is planned.

My Mac says it cannot verify the app

Open your Applications folder, right-click (or Control-click) Run of Show Builder, choose Open, then click Open again. You only need to do this once.

What is your refund policy?

If a license is not right for you, email support@onair-gfx.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. See the refund policy.
